The Integrity Discourse Series 3 No. 1/2022 ‘Gangguan Seksual di Tempat Kerja – Jenaka atau Jenayah’ was held on 29 June 2022 and was presented by two panellists: En Syamsul Rijal and Jamil, Labour Law Advisor and Consultant at SMC Consulting, and Puan Ainnur Liyana binti Ya’akub, a lawyer. Puan Siti Fatimah binti Abdul Rahman, Senior Fellow at the Centre for Economic and Community Studies at IKIM, acted as the programme moderator. The primary objective of this Integrity Discourse was to provide guidance to IKIM staff on appropriate actions to be taken when faced with sexual harassment. The programme aimed to enhance staff’s understanding on the importance of setting boundaries in social interactions among colleagues. The event, held in person at the IKIM Grand Hall, was attended by 111 IKIM staff members, including the Director-General and Deputy Director-General, and was also live-streamed on IKIM’s Facebook page.
