Research activities are the main core of activities at IKIM. Accordingly, the Research Management Unit plays a role in empowering research activities at IKIM in an effort to achieve the following objectives:

1. to manage research projects at IKIM professionally and with integrity,
2. to cultivate and empower research culture among IKIM academics,
3. to identify external funding sources to carry out research at IKIM,
4. to provide support services for research activities at IKIM,
5. to become a one-stop centre for research-related data and information at IKIM.
