The purpose of Islam came to this world when the world at that time, was in the days of barbarian, by using law of the jungle when the strong oppress the weak. These include Arab society at that time when they buried their daughter alive. “Do they seek after judgment of (the day of ) ignorance ? But who, for a people whose faith is assured, can give better judgment than God? “. (Al:Maidah:50) Ref: The Holy Qur’an: Text and Translation by Abdullah Yusof Ali, Islamic Book Trust. Social Darwinism: The Forest Law Adaptation to Human Behavior. The theory of evolution, one of the most important is the development of basic living creatures on the “struggle for existence” in nature. According to Darwin, in nature, there are many battles to life, and not know the meaning of compassion and an eternal conflict. The strong always overcome the weak, and this makes development. His book entitled The Origin of Species, summed up this point. Under the chapter entitled “The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection or the Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life”, Tony Blair and Bush have bring back “struggle for existence” and tried to introduce elements of barbarian in the word of “terrorist”.
Former U.S. President George W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair have been convicted of war crimes by a Malaysian Tribunal court for the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The “Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War” charged that both men knowingly ordered the invasion of Iraq, under a false pretext of former dictator Saddam Hussein having stockpiled weapons of mass destruction.
The sequences of the Establishment of War Crimes Tribunal in Kuala Lumpur are one of the first steps towards eliminating war and make war as a form of violence. Chairman of the World Peace Organisation Prime (PGPO), Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad said, it was established as the world cannot wait too long to see the existence of a neutral tribunal.
He said ”What’s important is to make everyone aware of the adverse effects of war and crimes that cause an innocent man killed, tortured as well as destroying a nation. Furthermore, he added “If killing an individual is considered a criminal and murderer brought to trial, what about the war that caused hundreds of thousands of people died?”
Tun Dr Mahathir believed that sooner or later the world will accept that war is a crime and condemn those who like to trigger a war. When this happens, the world will be saved,” he said.
Dr. Mahathir, who quotes the words of Confucius that “the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step” asserts, he believes the first step has been made through the establishment of the tribunal.

What is significant is that the collapse of the Iraqi currency. Before the war and Sanctions against Iraq, the Iraqi Dinar was worth $3.20 USD Dollars but 8 years ago, the value of the Iraqi Dinar plummeted and the country was thrown into darkness almost overnight. Now, 1 USD equivalent to IQD 0008550669 or we can buy IQD 1 million at RM3,200. So, urgently, Iraqi Dinar need to be revalued. When the Iraqi Dinar is revalued to a higher rate, it will become more desirable to do business in Iraq and many people will be less hesitant to sign contracts and invest in Iraq.
A historical and geographical comparison: Kuwait Prior to Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990, One Kuwaiti Dinar was worth $2.79 U.S. Dollars (USD.) After Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Kuwait the Kuwaiti Dinar plummeted to a value of $.10 on the Dollar. When the U.S. lead coalition removed Saddam, the Kuwaiti Dinar could be purchased for pennies on the Dollar. Today one Kuwaiti Dinar is worth $3.42 U.S. Dollars (USD).
Kuwait is the third largest oil producing country in the world and Iraq has the world’s second highest oil reserves at 143.1 billion barrels, with 95 percent of Iraq’s revenue coming from exported oil.
However Iraq needs a few things to happen before the Iraqi Dinar can possibly revalue. The four major elements to a reevaluation of the Iraqi dinar are the HCL (Hydro Carbon Law), the GOI (Government of Iraq) Chapter 7 United Nation and withdrawal of US Troops from Iraq.
There has been a lot of speculation that the Iraqi dinar might be revalued at some point as the economy becomes stronger as a result of increased oil revenue.
Revalue of Iraqi Dinar is just one way for the Dinar dealers, money changer to increase their sales and profits.
